Mission
Our mission is to educate and empower the next generation of athletes through personal development and mindset training. To ensure ever lasting success on all playing fields of life.
A football training program to giving student-athletes an edge

Program Overview
Our program is designed to enhance the essential components of the physical, mental and emotional aspects of ourselves. In becoming more aware of ones abilities when all three aspects are better connected.
Physical
Our focus will be on enhancing movement patterns. Understanding of technique must become autonomous to perfect the movements required at their maximum potential.
Mental
Shaping our environments in such a way that our physical limitations increase. A vital component is understanding and working on utilizing your mind to move your body.
Emotional
To name one, Pete Carroll of the Seahawks. Along with coaches of the Falcons, Colts and 49ers have all embraced mindfulness training - and their experiences could impact the culture building dynamic of a league long resistant to change.
Who We Are
We strive to impact our athletes on a much higher level than just our common physical field. We are looking into the realms of more than just the athlete. At the Conscious Athlete we equip our athletes through learning a higher performance mindset. Learn to push your limits personally and elevate your on the field performance by developing a daily structure designed around these principles.
Competition
Mindfulness
Compassion
Joy
Starting to excel in these areas is not a good idea. It is a requirement for success in any and all circumstances. Now, on the football field and in the classroom. Post athletic career. Later, when it comes time to sustain a career and family.
